Postponement and Cancellation Policy for Events and Concerts

General Policy We strive to provide an exceptional experience for our attendees. However, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes. This policy governs the postponement and cancellation of events and concerts, clearly outlining the responsibilities and rights of both the business and the attendees.

 

2. Postponement Policy Notification: Should a postponement be necessary, we will notify ticket holders via  automated messaging and website announcement].Rescheduling: Events may be rescheduled at the discretion of management. Ticket holders will have the option to retain their tickets for the rescheduled date or request a refund.

 

3. Cancellation Policy Cancellation by the Organizer: If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be informed via email and digital wallet. Refunds including GST fees will be provided to all ticket holders without any cancellation fees. Bank service fees are retained by the bank. 

 

Cancellation by the Ticket Holder:Cancellations made at least 30- 45 days before the event will be eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee charged at checkout. Cancellations made between 14-29 days. before the event will receive a 50% refund.Cancellations made less than 14 days] before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Force Majeure The business shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this policy in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g., low ticket sales, natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics). In such cases, rescheduling or cancellation will be communicated to ticket holders as soon as possible.

5. Liability Waiver By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this postponement and cancellation policy. The business shall not be liable for any consequential damages arising from a cancellation or postponement.
